What are the facility access hours? ▾
You get 24/7 drive-up access every day of the year. The facility is watched 24/7 by CCTV and real people, so you can pull up to your unit at 5:00 AM or 11:00 PM without hassle. The office is staffed Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
How do I log into my account and pay my rent online? ▾
Click the 'Tenant Login / Pay' button in the top navigation bar. Existing tenants can log in with their email to view rent receipts and invoices, or use the 'Quick Pay' option to send rent via Interac e-Transfer to admin@hjstorage.com or pay via credit card.
What ID do I need to rent a storage unit? ▾
A valid government-issued photo ID (Ontario Driver's License, Canadian Passport, or Provincial ID) plus a payment method (credit card, debit, or e-Transfer). Move-in paperwork takes approximately 15 minutes.
Do you offer climate-controlled storage units? ▾
HJ Storage specializes exclusively in 100% ground-level, drive-up outdoor storage units. While our units are not temperature-controlled, each unit is engineered on thick concrete pads with weather-sealed roll-up doors that block rain, snow, and wind. For items sensitive to seasonal humidity changes (like antique solid wood, sensitive electronics, or linens), we stock commercial 75L weatherproof snap-tight totes and hanging moisture absorber bags directly at our office. This provides premium protection without the high markup of indoor multi-floor facilities.
Can I store a car, truck, or commercial vehicle at HJ Storage? ▾
Yes! We offer two dedicated options for vehicle storage in Niagara Falls: (1) Outdoor dedicated parking bays starting at $110/month for cars, secondary pickup trucks, work vans, utility trailers, speedboats, and RVs; and (2) Enclosed 10×20 drive-up garage units ($210/month) or weatherproof steel Sea Can containers ($150 - $250/month) for complete indoor vehicle protection. All vehicle spots feature 24/7 drive-up access and continuous CCTV monitoring.
Do I need to bring my own padlock? ▾
You can bring your own padlock, or purchase a heavy-duty, weather-resistant disc padlock directly at our office on move-in day. Only you hold the keys to your unit - we do not keep copies.
What sizes are available for boats and RVs? ▾
We have dedicated outdoor parking bays accommodating boats, campers, and RVs from 20 feet up to 40+ feet. Pricing starts at $110/mo for boats up to 20 ft and $125/mo for 21-25 ft. Custom parking arrangements are available for extra-long trailers.
Can I drive a moving truck right to my unit door? ▾
Yes. Every single unit at HJ Storage is 100% ground-level and drive-up. Our wide paved and gravel aisles comfortably fit full-size moving vans, U-Hauls, and pickup trucks.
